Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
Returns accepted only for production errors — not change of mind. Email info@vividcuisine.com within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Art Prints & Framed Works
Non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Food & Condiment Products
Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Report within 48 hours.

Standard Products
14-day return window. Item must be unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return postage unless faulty. Contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds
Processed within 5-10 business days once the return is received and approved.
